Prepare for your Florida medication refill review
For a useful refill review, have your photo identification, current pharmacy label, doses, medication list, allergies, Florida location and preferred pharmacy ready. Include relevant blood pressure readings or recent labs when applicable.
Before you begin
Confirm you are at least 18 and physically in Florida. Use the medication checker and controlled-substance screening. If unsure whether your medicine qualifies, text the team before paying.
Information to prepare
Gather the bottle or packaging, name and strength, last dose and last refill, allergies, other medications, primary-care clinician and relevant laboratory data.
After paying
Follow the secure bilingual intake and consent instructions. A team member may contact you by phone or video; review takes place during business hours. An approved prescription goes to the Florida pharmacy you choose; medication is paid for separately.
Common questions
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. A clinician decides whether an established non-controlled prescription can safely be continued.
Can I use a Florida pharmacy?
Yes, if a prescription is clinically appropriate; pharmacy charges are separate.
What if I have an emergency?
Call 911 or seek an emergency department; this is not emergency care.
