Prescription refills in Florida without insurance
Being uninsured or between plans shouldn't mean going without a blood pressure or diabetes medicine you already take.
What it costs with us
$39 for the physician review, paid up front. No membership and no subscription. The $39 is refunded if you cancel before the review begins (refund policy). The medicine itself is paid at the pharmacy.
Lowering the cost of the medicine
- Ask for the pharmacy's cash price; it's sometimes lower than an insurance copay
- Compare prices with free discount cards or price-comparison apps
- Ask whether a 90-day supply is cheaper per pill
- Ask about generic alternatives to brand-name medicines
- For brand-name medicines, check the manufacturer's savings or patient assistance program
- Some online cash-price pharmacies ship generics at low cost; we're not affiliated with any pharmacy

Common questions
Do I need insurance to get a prescription refill online in Florida?
No. The review is $39 self-pay. If a prescription is appropriate, you can pay cash at the pharmacy or use your insurance there if you have it.
Can I use my insurance at the pharmacy even though you don't bill it?
Yes. The pharmacy can run the prescription through your plan. We just don't bill insurance for the visit.
Are there extra fees?
No. The $39 covers the review. The only other cost is the medicine at the pharmacy.
