Sertraline or escitalopram refill online in Florida
Already taking sertraline or escitalopram? If you're physically in Florida, a Florida-registered telehealth physician can review a request to continue it for $39. If it's safe to continue, the prescription goes to the Florida pharmacy you choose.
About Sertraline or escitalopram
Sertraline (Zoloft), escitalopram (Lexapro), fluoxetine (Prozac), citalopram (Celexa) and paroxetine (Paxil) are SSRIs, used for depression and anxiety disorders. When you're doing well on a stable dose, continuing it without gaps matters.
What the physician reviews before refilling
- The medicine, dose and how long you've been on that dose
- How your mood, anxiety and sleep are now
- Any thoughts of self-harm, now or recently
- Who prescribed it and whether you see a therapist or psychiatrist
- Other medicines such as tramadol, triptans, other antidepressants, lithium, St. John's wort or blood thinners
- Any history of bipolar disorder
- Pregnancy or plans for pregnancy
Safety points
- Stopping suddenly can cause discontinuation symptoms: dizziness, irritability, flu-like feelings and electric "zaps." It's more common with paroxetine and less with fluoxetine.
- Antidepressants carry a boxed warning about suicidal thoughts in people under 25, especially early in treatment or after dose changes.
- Combining with other serotonin-boosting medicines can rarely cause serotonin syndrome: agitation, fever, sweating, stiffness or confusion.
- Citalopram has dose limits because of heart-rhythm (QT) effects, with a lower maximum after age 60.

Cost
The $39 covers the physician review. You pay for sertraline or escitalopram separately at your pharmacy. Generic versions are usually much cheaper than brand names; ask for the cash price or use a free discount card. We don't bill insurance, but your pharmacy can run the prescription through your own plan.
Questions about Sertraline or escitalopram
Can you change my antidepressant dose?
This service focuses on continuing a stable dose. Dose changes, switches and new symptoms are best handled by your prescribing clinician or mental health provider, who can follow up closely.
Do you refill bupropion or trazodone?
Possibly. They need a closer look, so text us before paying. We don't prescribe benzodiazepines or other controlled medicines.
What if I already missed a few days?
Don't double up. Tell the physician how long you've been off it and how you feel. If you've been off for a while, restarting may need a lower dose or a conversation first.
